The world needs more space monkeys. Just doing my part. Amber and I were each sketching spacemonkeys the other day and I wanted to share. These were pen/ink, with a quick splash of digital colors.

This is a quick commission I did a few weeks ago for a play (I think). It was fun designing the different characters. Must be one crazy play with all of them mixed in there. I tried doing a search for the play to post a link, but i couldn’t find anything about it. I believe the play is in Uvalde, Tx.
The pirate was my favorite. I am really trying to push the silhouette in all of my characters these days. It really adds to the storytelling when you can read a characters design/what they’re doing/etc without having to look too hard.
