Amber and I went to a Hookah bar for the first time last week.  It was fun.  Sort of like a coffee shop only more Hookah’s.  Of course as we were sketching the first thing to come to mind was the Caterpillar from Alice in Wonderland.  We both did our own versions.  I was inspired by hers and try to push mine a little.  I think he turned out alright.

I’m not accustomed to drawing Super Heroes.  But some of my friends do it all the time.  Every so often it rubs of on me and I get to sketching.  Usually they don’t turn out like anything I care to post for people to see.  But this Cap sketch I did the other day while hanging out with my friend Derrick turned out pretty good.  I added a bit of color to it and here we are.

I’ve been enjoying pen and ink sketches lately.  I started to color this with my fancy new Intuos 4 tablet my friends got me for Christmas, but decided to just post the pen and ink as it is and go to bed early.

This guy was sitting at a table near me on my lunch break the other day.  he was not carrying a golf bag, but WAS eating a hamburger.  That is all.
